01Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, downloading, or otherwise using Trendnable, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Trendnable. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

03Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

04Subscriptions & billing

Trendnable offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store.

• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal.
• Managing & canceling. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
• Price changes. We may change subscription pricing; changes apply to future billing periods and will be communicated in advance where required.

05Market data — not financial advice

Hot Scores, directional signals, price history, and "Why it's hot" narration are generated from historical and publicly available marketplace data using automated models. Collectible markets are volatile and unpredictable. Past performance and current trends do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own buying, selling, and collecting decisions, and you assume all associated risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, resell, or redistribute Trendnable's data or content without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or models behind the app.
• Use the app to violate any law or infringe the rights of others.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated means to access the app except as expressly permitted.

07Intellectual property

Trendnable, including its name, logo, design, scoring methodology, signal patterns, and software, is owned by Core Apps LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

08Third-party names & marketplaces

Trendnable references collectible categories, brands, and fandoms — including names such as Funko, Pop Mart, Hot Toys, NECA, Hot Wheels, Pokémon, and others — solely to describe items tracked in the app. All trademarks, product names, and logos are the property of their respective owners. Trendnable is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay, any manufacturer, marketplace, or rights holder mentioned.

09Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate or reliable.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Apps LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or collectible value, arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — Trendnable. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars.

11Termination

You may stop using Trendnable and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Core Apps LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of Trendnable after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
